Counseling for First Responders
At Firm Foundation Counseling and Consulting, LLC, we offer counseling services specifically designed to help first responders cope with the unique life stressors associated with their profession. Our licensed therapists are experienced in helping first responders work through trauma, stress, relationship issues and other difficult life circumstances.
Training and Consulting
We also provide training and consulting services to help departments develop wellness and peer support programs/training for their employees. Jennifer is certified by the International Critical Incident Stress Foundation (ICISF) to teach group crisis intervention and assisting individuals in crisis courses.
Our Approach

At Firm Foundation our goal is to make you comfortable so that you can get the treatment you need.
